1. Introduction

By using the Chrome Notepad extension or website, you agree to these legal terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the service.

2. Your Data & Account

You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your password secure. We do not assume liability for any loss of data if you do not use Cloud Sync properly. However, we provide a Recycle Bin to assist in recovery.

3. Paid plan Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are managed via Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

• Refunds: Paid plans are non-refundable.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change plan amounts based on region and costs.

4. Service Availability

Chrome Notepad aims for 99.9% uptime, but acts of God or server failures may occur. We are not liable for any productivity loss during maintenance or outages.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate our usage policy (e.g., automated spam). You may close your account at any time.
