Overview
In accordance with the Meta (Facebook) Platform terms, Google User Data Policies, and global privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA), Chrome Notepad provides clear and accessible mechanisms for users to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
How to Request Data Deletion
Follow the simple steps below to request a complete purge of your data.
Send an Email Request
Send an email from your registered email account to contact@chromenotepad.com
Specify Subject and Details
Set your email subject line to: DELETE profile data
In the body of the email, please explicitly mention the registered email address and/or phone number associated with your Chrome Notepad account to ensure accurate verification.
Processing Timeline
Once received and verified, your data deletion request will be processed and all corresponding account records, profile information, encrypted cloud notes, and analytics identifiers will be permanently removed within 30 days.
What Data is Purged?
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data is permanently purged from our primary databases and backup cycles:
- Account & Profile Information: Full name, email address, phone number, authentication IDs, and OAuth tokens.
- Notes & Personal Content: All cloud-synchronized notes, encrypted note blobs, recycling bin entries, and drafts.
- Marketplace & Workspace Records: Any tutor/student profiles, verification documents, and scheduling settings.
- Communication Preferences: WhatsApp notification records, email lists, and feedback history.
